The warranty for Superior wood co-extrusion decking, it is gauranteed 20 years for residential, 10 years for commercial.
For our conventional decking is 10 years for residential, 5 years for commercial.
For Superior wood co-extrusion ;wall cladding, it is 15 years.
WPC products are environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. WPC products are anti-UV, waterproof, moisture-proof, mothproof and anti-mildew, fire resistant. WPC products have no maintenance cost, they are no need for painting and other special maintenance.
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 300-500 square meters for decking, 500 square meters for wall cladding, 5000 pcs for DIY tiles, all ordered products must combine at least 20ft. If there is stock, we can do LCL for some special order.
The production lead time is 20-25 days for a 20ft container. Production lead time is based on order quantity and our current production schedule.
Wallong WPC provides 6 standard colors for customer selection. You can choose any of our color you like from color cards. Or we can customize your own color base on 2 20ft containers.
All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much more suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with an approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay at a stable level through the lifetime of the product.
WPC wood plastic composite products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usually suggest customers use galvanized steel pallets for WPC packing.
Yes. Wallong wood plastic composite decking is basically made from recycled materials that would otherwise go into landfills. . It also eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers, and stains. In addition, Wallong is able to regrind scrap products back into the manufacturing process.
