Wood-Plastic Composite Exterior Wall Cladding Installation Method
Wood-plastic composite exterior wall claddings are generally fixed on the keel using stainless steel clips or self-tapping screws;
Firstly, fix the wood-plastic keel on the wall with nails(or the corresponding size of galvanized square tube welding fixed); keel spacing is generally not more than 50cm;
And then, Wood-plastic composite wall cladding will be fixed in the keel with stainless steel buckle (or self-tapping screws), wood-plastic composite wall panels need to leave a gap of about 5mm between the cross-section spacing, in order to prevent the bulging of the panels caused by the thermal expansion and contraction.
When installing self-tapping screws, holes should be drilled in the corresponding positions before tightening the self-tapping screws; at the same time, in order to increase the grip of the self-tapping screws, the diameter of the drilled holes should be less than 3/4 of the diameter of the screws;
If connected with stainless steel clips, a rubber hammer should be used to gently tap the wood-plastic composite exterior wall panels in the specific construction to ensure the uniformity of the gap and the beauty of the entire construction surface;
After the construction is completed, in the windows, corners and other places, you can use plastic wood sealing strips (or aluminum alloy sealing strips) for wrapping and beautification, to prevent scratching of the exterior wall panels.
